You have total control on how your FAQ Groups & Entries are displayed within your FAQ area.
Groups and their individual faqs all have a sort field that allows you to enter a number (higher numbers being listed at the top) to determine what sequence they will be listed in. - Updated: November 20, 1999
The interface for your FAQs created by FAQ Manager can be completely customized to match an existing look of any website you or your clients currently use.
By the use of HTML templates, customizing your frequently asked questions area created by FAQ Manager is as easy as modifying an HTML file.
No longer do you need to modify the programs code to get the look you wish. FAQ Manager even comes packed with a template manager which allows you to customize your FAQ area from the administration menu of the program.
From the administration menu of FAQ Manager you will see a button that reads "Publish F.A.Q.". Pressing this button will start the publishing process.
When this is done FAQ Manager creates a number of HTML pages inside the directory you choose when you install the program. These pages that are created in this process have the ability to be customized completly to match your existing websites look & feel.
An index page will be created which will display a list of the FAQ Groups you have created. Each group will have the number of FAQ entries that belong to that particular group listed along with the group description entered when the group was created.
